PERSONAL CARE • WALK-INS WELCOME

Wondering if B12 could help?

Fatigue and other symptoms can have many causes. Our clinicians take time to understand what you’re feeling and whether B12 testing or treatment makes sense for you.

Medical evaluation comes first. Treatment is recommended only when clinically appropriate.

A thoughtful first step—not a one-size-fits-all shot

We begin with a medical evaluation because tiredness, weakness, numbness, and other symptoms may come from many different causes. Your visit is tailored to your history—not a preset injection menu.

Why people ask us about B12

  • Persistent fatigue or weakness
  • Diet or absorption concerns
  • A prior low B12 result
  • Medicines or digestive conditions that may affect B12

What we look at

  • Your symptoms and health history
  • Medicines, diet, and risk factors
  • Prior laboratory results
  • Whether testing or another evaluation is useful

What B12 can—and can’t—do

Vitamin B12 supports normal nerve function and red blood cell production. Treating a true deficiency can be important, but a B12 injection is not a guaranteed energy booster and is not a weight-loss treatment. If your symptoms suggest another cause, we will explain the next appropriate step.

What to expect at your visit

1. Talk with a clinician

Tell us what you are feeling and what prompted your concern about B12.

2. Review testing

If appropriate, we will discuss testing or review reliable recent results you already have.

3. Leave with a clear plan

You will know whether B12 treatment, follow-up testing, or another evaluation makes sense.

Common questions

Do I need a test before a B12 shot?

Not everyone needs the same testing. A clinician will review your symptoms, history, medicines, diet, and any recent reliable results before recommending a plan.

Will a B12 shot give me more energy?

If symptoms are related to B12 deficiency, appropriate treatment may help. Fatigue has many possible causes, so a shot cannot be promised to improve energy for everyone.

Is B12 a weight-loss treatment?

No. Vitamin B12 is not an approved weight-loss treatment. We do not present B12 injections as a shortcut for losing weight.

Can I walk in?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours. You may also reserve an arrival window online.
